Desert Viking Development has announced that it is revitalizing a portion of the Downtown Phoenix’s beloved Roosevelt Row Arts District (between 5th and 6th Streets along Roosevelt Street). The Blocks of Roosevelt Row will feature local restaurants, lush communal patios, an entertainment venue and market-style retail spaces and will see the adaptive reuse of three bungalow-style homes, the Flowers building and construction of a new, three-story commercial building.
