The Art of Urban Revival
Imagine a place that is conveniently located within one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in downtown Phoenix and known for its unique walkability, eclectic vibe, and thriving artistic community. The Blocks of Roosevelt Row will continue in the footsteps of those artists, architects and craftsmen before them, carefully preserving and re-imagining the last two original Churchill blocks to cater to those eager to shop, dine, explore, connect and indulge their creative and cultural cravings.
Set to be complete in Fall 2017, this large, urban renewal project will see the adaptive reuse of three bungalow-style homes, the Flowers commercial building and a new three-story building that boasts creative loft spaces for retail and office users, a rooftop terrace with sweeping views of downtown Phoenix and striking artwork commissioned by local artists. The result will be a mixed-use, special character locale that includes restaurants and bars with ample backyards and lush, communal patios, as well as market-style retail spaces – perfect for local artisans, makers, artists and small business owners.
