The Developer
Founded in 1997 by Niels Kreipke, Desert Viking Development is a leading real estate development firm based in Arizona and recognized for investment in the restoration of historic properties, adaptive reuse projects and ground up construction developments. As a company, Desert Viking has acquired and/or rehabilitated over 20 National Register Historic properties and completed numerous mixed-use projects throughout the Phoenix metro area. Renowned for their ability to revitalize time-honored neighborhood structures while maintaining the characteristics that make each neighborhood unique and sought-after, Desert Viking’s portfolio includes the recently completed Crown on 7th Street, The Womack, more than a half dozen buildings in Historic Downtown Chandler, as well as the Lamar, Guiding Star and Historic Gold Spot Marketing Center located within Phoenix’s Roosevelt District. Beyond the properties, Desert Viking has worked to both support and promote local businesses throughout the Valley during their 19-year tenure including SanTan Brewery, El Zocalo, Pita Jungle, Lola’s Coffee, Okra, La Bocca and many others. With a vast array of experience in all facets of real estate including commercial, retail and residential properties, Desert Viking has become an industry leader in the Phoenix real estate market.

Founded in 2008 and based in Downtown Phoenix, Form Third is an experienced team of architects, construction managers and development professionals that provides a fully-integrated approach to project delivery. They view design and construction as inseparable endeavors, harnessing the advantages of an integrated design-build process to plan, design, develop and deliver great projects for their clients.
Founded by Karin Santiago and Benjamin Mullings in Phoenix, Arizona in 2011, Lightvox Studio is a collaborative architecture and interior design studio powered by architects +designers + thinkers with the goal of using design to learn and to discover, to originate and innovate. Lightvox Studio’s experience includes innovative residential and hospitality design, restaurants, corporate dining halls, offices, and laboratories in addition to university campus health + wellness buildings. Regardless of the type of work they undertake, they seek to create built environments that speak to the way their clients aspire to live, work, and play.
